Day 1

Madrid Arrival

Arrival reception by the expert Muslim guide. Private transfer in a latest-model premium air-conditioned van/minibus. Hotel check-in, city orientation and 100% halal welcome dinner.

Day 2

Madrid and Toledo

Morning introduction to Mayrit and the surviving Arab wall. Continue to Toledo and visit the former Bab al- Mardum Mosque/Cristo de la Luz, historic streets and panoramic viewpoints. Prayer break and halal meals included. Overnight in Toledo or nearby according to the final operating plan.

Day 3

Toledo to Lisbon

Cross western Iberia in the comfortable latest-model air-conditioned vehicle. Cultural stop in Elvas may be added when timing permits. Arrival in Lisbon, orientation around Baixa, Rossio, Praca do Comercio and the riverfront. 100% halal dinner.

Day 4

Lisbon

Visit Belem, Tower of Belem, Monument to the Discoveries, Jeronimos area, Alfama and the historic centre. Scheduled prayer at Lisbon Central Mosque or another suitable Islamic centre. Halal lunch and dinner.

Day 5

Sintra

Day excursion to Sintra. Explore the Moorish Castle, historic centre and Pena Palace area. The Muslim guide explains Islamic-era Sintra and the wider history of Muslim Portugal. Return to Lisbon for halal dinner.

Day 6

Lisbon to Beja, Mertola and Seville

Travel through the former Gharb al-Andalus. Visit Beja and continue to Mertola, including the Islamic Museum area and the former mosque structure now incorporated into the principal church. Because local halal infrastructure is more limited, the operator provides pre-arranged 100% halal catering or sealed halal packed meals. Continue to Seville.

Day 7

Seville

Full-day Seville program: Royal Alcazar, Giralda and Cathedral precinct, Santa Cruz, Torre del Oro, Plaza de Espana and Guadalquivir. Halal meals and prayer stop coordinated by the Muslim guide.

Day 8

Seville to Cordoba

Travel to Cordoba. Visit the Mosque-Cathedral as a historical monument, Roman Bridge, Calahorra and old Qurtuba. Prayer at an active mosque or prayer space. 100% halal meals.

Day 9

Cordoba, Madinat al-Zahra and Granada

Morning at Madinat al-Zahra, then continue to Granada. Sunset visit through the Albaicin, Mirador de San Nicolas and Great Mosque surroundings. Halal dinner.

Day 10

Granada and Madrid

Visit the Alhambra, Nasrid Palaces and Generalife. Later travel to Madrid by private vehicle or pre-booked high-speed rail with halal meal arrangements, depending on the group package. Overnight in Madrid.

Day 11

Madrid Departure

Halal breakfast, free time according to flight schedule and private airport transfer in a latest-model premium air-conditioned van/minibus with Muslim guide assistance.
